3. Payments and Bookings

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our official booking system.

Prices are clearly listed and subject to change without notice.

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with details of your session.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session will be eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend the session will result in a forfeiture of payment.

Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed, as the service is considered fully delivered.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. Your privacy and trust are deeply valued, and no information will be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Energy Exchange and Ethics
